Finnish Academy for Skills Excellence (FASE) aims to promote vocational excellence in skills through education, training and research. FASE operates as a part of Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK), Professional Excellence Research Unit in Finland. FASE has close connection to HAMK School of Professional Teacher Education. FASE collaborates with other actors in the national and international Skills network. FASE organizes training for experts, coaches and other people who are involved or interested in the development of vocational top expertise. The special training program called Developing Excellence in Skills is designed for international participants. The programme is flexible and it can be tailored according to the needs of the customer.
