WorldSkills Champions Trust welcomes six new representatives

The WorldSkills Champions Trust is excited to announce six new representatives who will begin work to further Champion engagement beyond the Competition. These six Champions were selected from a large group of applicants all eager and willing to share their skills, abilities, and creativity to create projects and initiatives that will improve the world with the power of skills. 

 

The six new representatives who have been appointed to the WorldSkills Champions Trust are:

  • Rachel Chua, Singapore, WorldSkills London 2011, Caring, WSCT representative for ASEAN and Oceania
  • Gary Condon, Ireland, WorldSkills London 2011, Plastering and Drywall Systems, WSCT representative for Europe
  • Tayla Schou, South Africa, WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, Cooking, WSCT representative for Africa
  • Anna Prokopenya, Russia, WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, Patisserie and Confectionery, WSCT representative for Europe
  • Chirag Goel, India, WorldSkills São Paulo 2015, Web Design, WSCT representative for Asia
  • Jenica Branscombe, Canada, WorldSkills London 2011, Beauty Therapy, WSCT representative for Americas

These six Champions join three Champions who have been working with the WSCT since its development in 2014. Victor Simon, France, Abdulla Alshehhi, United Arab Emirates, and Ricardo Vivian, Brazil are excited to begin working with the six new WSCT representatives. Ricardo Vivian is very excited to be joined by the new six representatives. “It means new energy, new ideas, and new connections. I’m sure that the six new representatives will add so much to the WorldSkills Champions Trust.”
