Our Youth, Our Future

The WorldSkills Leaders Forum (WSLF) is the premiere WorldSkills networking event during the WorldSkills Competition. It brings together leaders from government, industry, and education to address global skills issues. The WSLF develops the power of WorldSkills' global network to meet the needs of industry, commerce and those who train individuals to the mutual benefit of all participants. With 500 leaders in attendance, the audience will have the opportunity to network, share knowledge and learn about global skills issues.

This years WorldSkills Leaders Forum theme is "Our Youth, Our Future". It is being presented by WorldSkills International, WorldSkills Leipzig 2013 and WorldSkills Germany with the support of WorldSkills International's Global Industry Partners. We will take an up close look at youth and what drives them in their work and personal lives. We will see and better understand how they truly are the key to the future success of economies worldwide. 

The programme will start with a networking reception. Followed by a very high profile international keynote speaker and an open panel discussion with the involvement of past Competitors as they talk about the latest insights of what motivates WorldSkills Champions. A guided tour of the WorldSkills Competition is available to finish the programme.
